For rooms light can’t reach. No sky needed.

Most buildings have spaces a roof-mounted skylight will never reach: basements, internal rooms, high-rise floors, heritage roofs, deep floor plates - or simply after dark. Sollux reproduces the brightness, colour and daily movement of a real sky on any wall or ceiling, at any level of a building, regardless of what’s above it.

Humans evolved under a 24-hour cycle of changing light. It regulates sleep, mood, hormone production and energy. Sollux exists to put that cycle back into the spaces that were built without it - not as a lighting trick, but as a measurable input to wellbeing.

Engineered to fool your eyes - and your body clock.

Every Sollux unit channels light through precision optical components to cast a wide, parallel beam that behaves like true sunlight, not a diffuse glow.

5000 lux
5000 lux
The highest output of any artificial skylight available, delivered up to 3 metres from the fitting.
Sunlight-accurate spectrum
Sunlight-accurate spectrum
Light spectrum reaches up to 90% similarity to natural sunlight, with colour rendering approaching Ra 100 for true-to-life colour.
Full day cycle, not a static image
Full day cycle, not a static image
Built-in 24-hour circadian control shifts colour temperature and intensity automatically to match your location's latitude, tracking sunrise through to sunset, with the sky updating every six seconds.
Day and night modes
Day and night modes
A static or moving-cloud blue sky by day, a twinkling starfield by night.
App, wall panel or DALI control
App, wall panel or DALI control
Adjust manually, set to automatic, or integrate via DALI (DT6/DT8) into a broader building lighting system.
Modular, multi-unit installations
Modular, multi-unit installations
Round, square, linear, wall-washer and panel formats join with an ultra-narrow seam, so multiple units can form one continuous sky.

Not all artificial skylights are built equal.

Most artificial skylights rely on Rayleigh scattering - light diffused through a panel to suggest a hazy blue sky. Sollux uses precision LED and micro-optic engineering that directs light the way the sun actually does. Other systems simulate a sky. Sollux simulates sunlight.

A Sollux for every ceiling.

Hero skylights where they’ll be seen and felt most - an entrance, an atrium, a flagship shopfront - and Sollux Panels (SOL-P) everywhere else: tunable-white circadian panels with the same light-quality engineering and 24-hour cycle, minus the sky graphic. Better outcome, better budget.

What sets Sollux apart.

01
5000 lux at 3 metres
The only artificial skylight to reach it - well beyond any comparable product on the market.
02
100% individually tested
Every unit is checked for light quality before it ships. Most suppliers test a sample from the batch; we test every unit that goes out the door.
03
Built for circadian health
Light composition shifts automatically every six seconds to track the real sky, supporting genuine circadian rhythm rather than simply providing static illumination. Engineered to exceed the Equivalent Melanopic Lux threshold set by the International WELL Building Institute.
04
Full-service warranty
5 years on every installation, when installed by a certified Sollux installer - with fast resolution if anything needs attention.
